His pragmatic approach to business intelligence and analytics has helped organizations realize tangible value from technological investments. With an emphasis on data quality combined with meta data management, Mr. Maggi implements solutions that ensure information used in the decision making process is reliable with a common context across the organization. Joe is a founding managing partner with Agilarc LLC, a data management company that focuses on building agility into formal architecture.
James Stevens

James is a hands-on technology professional and recognized data strategy and database management thought leader. Over his career, he has served in various technical and practice management roles consulting to a wide range of industries both within the private and public sectors. He is skilled at working closely with business end-users, business analysts, developers, support staff and vendors to define requirements and build solutions to deliver intelligent information throughout the enterprise utilizing MDM, Data Warehousing and BI tool technologies. He has a talent for proactively identifying and resolving problems, improving efficiency, eliminating redundancies and motivating teams to do whatever it takes to accomplish a task.
Matthew Ciesielski
Over the past 25 years, Matt has provided effective technical guidance and delivered appropriate business solutions to companies within the Greater Pittsburgh Area. He has helped both business and IT leadership define the vision, direction and delivery of technology in order to achieve their business goals, improve operational efficiency and gain competitive advantage. He has worked with companies across the banking, energy, engineering, manufacturing, transportation, health care and insurance industries. His technical expertise spans the areas of application development, database design and architecture, data integration, data analytics and business analysis. When not working to extend Agilarc’s capabilities and services, Matt enjoys fishing, music and loud evenings playing the saxophone along with his two sons.

With a diverse technical and strategic background, he facilitates highly-performing teams using Agile and Lean techniques to affect cultural change. He has managed complex software and data projects for over a decade with a proven track record of delivering value. He also specializes in Business Process Analysis and Optimization with an eye toward facilitating improvements that increase ROI and elevate the sustainability of the organization’s value delivery mechanisms.
Thomas Dodds
Data Architecture Practice Director
Thomas thrives on helping people plan, execute, and succeed in their data initiatives. He has spent much of his career in the Business Intelligence space across a diverse and wide industry base, gaining experiences in areas such as data warehousing, data architecture, information delivery, and data governance. Adding to his experience, Thomas has multiple degrees in Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, and Organizational Leadership. While bringing fresh ideas and proven methods are his primary job function by day, Thomas also enjoys golfing and being a volunteer in the Organ Donation and Transplant Community, himself being a liver recipient.

Donald Bohach is an accomplished professional, bringing over 25 years of experience in driving transformative data strategies. His expertise encompasses the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, MDM solutions, and data quality initiatives. Donald excels at leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively to establish effective data policies and procedures and deliver impactful data governance solutions for Agilarc clients. In addition, Donald is also a seasoned business analyst with deep experience across multiple industries.
